I loved my experience there. It's a nice shopping place with lots of brands at great prices. I particularly like how pleasant each sales person from the individual stores were. Kay Jewellers staff were fantastic too!

This is a good place to go shopping with friends and family! The stores have a good prices on their products. They have a food court with several places to eat! I love this place because I had a great time when I stayed there! I recommend this place for go to get your clothes, shoes, jewelry and more! Good prices and good brands!

Great place to shop and eat. The only tricky part is to know where you've parked your car. This place is massive and all surrounding parking areas are completely identical. I visited the place to get my laptop repair from "OneClick Orlando" store. And then I visited Aeropostale store for some shopping, and boom I was miles away from my parking area 😂😂I would recommend to pin the parking area on your phone maps, the GPS works inside the mall, though it works intermittently but would suffice to guide you in right direction. Happy shopping !! :)

They dont enforce mask wearing. Went here to buy some shoes and i was basically the only one wearing a mask. Workers and guest all either had no mask on or their mask under their chin. There was signs that said wear your mask but noone followed them. This is why covid cases are rising so fast. Nobody is wearing a mask.

Public bathrooms are closed to only family bathroom. Lines for the bathroom is outrageous. Do not believe that is sanitary for that many people that are forced to use one bathroom (one toilet) for whole complex. Left with only shopping 2 stores and will not be coming back to that catastrophe!!!!!!

One thing the lack of face mask by the outside vendor's saw one guy right in the face of a customer with his mask in his Chin otherwise wise good time to come by place is empty

Many stores are open, but you will need to wait to enter popular stores due to COVID limitations on people in stores. The outdoor areas were clean and well kept. Most of the outdoor area is covered making the outlet still accessible during a storm.

Armani, Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Coach and DKNY are among the many name brands you'll find at the outlets. It's a luxurious outdoor shopping experience. You get everything at a HUGE discount at the outlets. There are restaurants, palm trees and beautiful fountains throughout the grounds. They currently have shortened hours in phase one of the pandemic-11AM-7PM.

Good Outlets, the stores are fine, but the place is not so large though. A little bit expensive and not many restaurants.

This Outlet is basically everything you look out for. If you want to go shopping, this place is great for doing so. I am from Germany and I really enjoyed the day being there. I spent a lot of money for all kind of clothes and also had great dinner with family. Enjoy your visit!

There are no directories anywhere. I found a digital monitor but it wasn't working. Information center had no one in it at 4pm on a Monday. Definitely earned their 1 star.

Found this awesome stand called Sweet Kettle Corn, they have the best Kettle corn, they also have regular salted popcorn and sweet, they are located right in front of Bath & Body works near the food court. Highly recommended, excellent customer service too.

Defintely some great deals at the different shops. I believe they have better deals than Melinial mall. However, I don't recommend buy anything from the little food islands since they sell a simple 500ml. Water for $3.25. That is a total top off since that's what a whole box of water costs at Sam's Club, so take your water bottle with you.

It is a much more pleasant experience when the crowd levels are not extremely high. Certain stores are currently enforcing a "mask required" policy, however it is only some stores. The Outlet Mall is currently only open until 7pm. Hours will be expanded as we delve further into the year and further into the phased reopenings. Do i recommend going? Yes. Support these businesses. There are some very good deals to be found and even if you want to just get away and take a quick stroll around, then that is recommended as well.

Sketchers had a friendly girl at door telling ppl to wear a mask. But no service in store. Attempted to get assistance from a male employee and the man just kept walking past me like I want there. He went upfront to hang out and talk with another male employee. They definitely weren't talking about the job. I walked up to front and they walked away. I left, no shoes. But this is about the entire outlet. It's nice.

We came to go to coach to buy a few things nice plaza and we enjoyed ourselves a lot

Absolutely had a wonderful time at all the shops found some really good bargains the only thing was she definitely have to be careful of your surroundings my girlfriend got her wallet stolen right out of her purse and the security guards were right on top of it but they never did catch the two guys that did it but otherwise we had a wonderful time. And the gentleman in the Yankee Candle Store was a wonderful help Gathering as much evidence as you could for the police officers off the video when the robbery happened. But all in all I had a wonderful time. Would definitely come back but would be more diligent of my surroundings
